Refund policy

Refund Policy - Faulty Products:

  • If a customer receives a faulty product, we will happily exchange or repair the product within 10 days of purchase at no cost to the customer. There is no exchange or refund for change of mind reasons.
  • If a customer receives a product that is damaged due to transit handling, this must be reported to us within 1-2 days of receiving the goods. The damaged package received must not be consumed and must be kept on hand – We will then advise of further steps required to organise a resupply of goods. Claims made outside of the 1-2 day notification timeframe, may be dismissed or may result in additional freight charges for supply of replacement goods.
