*Note: Please be aware that the delivery timeframes above are provided by Australia Post as estimates. Delays in the postal system may occur due to high parcel volumes during special events (such as Christmas) and other unforeseen circumstances that could impact the delivery schedule.
Customers must provide accurate shipping address information (name, street address, suburb, state, and/or P.O. Box address) when placing an order. We will not be held responsible for missing or lost deliveries due to incorrect shipping information. Tracking numbers will be provided for customers to manage their shipping progress with the carrier.
If a customer fails to collect their parcel and it is returned to us (RTS), or if incorrect shipping information is provided and the parcel is returned, a re-shipping charge will apply for resending the original order. Please note that we do not issue order refunds for shipping delays. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for product damage resulting from the rough handling of the carrier during the shipping process.
Shipping to International Destinations?
Tea Lovers retail website does not ship to international destinations. If you have an international order enquiry, or wholesale enquiry, please email us at - email@example.com.
Order Turnaround Time:
Tea Lovers orders are fulfilled between business operating hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (subject to weekends and public holidays).
The quality of our tea products and your customer satisfaction are our upmost priorities. We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions on our website to assist customers in making the right product decisions. If you have any queries in regards to your product decision, please contact us for more information prior to purchase.
Due to health regulations we are unable to exchange teas or tea making accessories after they have left our premises. Furthermore, we do not exchange or refund purchases for change of mind reasons.
If you believe you have a reasonable complaint as to the quality of a tea, please contact us immediately to report the matter. Our policy requires you to return the tea in its original packaging for our examination and testing. If the tea is unsatisfactory as claimed, the product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
If you are supplied with a faulty tea wares or tea accessories product, please contact us immediately (and provide a photo of the damaged item). We will assess whether a repair or replacement is required and advise of our best solution. Alternatively if a photo does not illustrate the faulty claim, we may ask you to return the product back to us for testing - If upon testing the product is deemed as faulty, the order will be reimbursed to the customer.
Please note: our Japanese made product(s) you receive might vary slightly even though they are the same product(s), or might vary from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handmade or hand-painted.
Should an item arrive and appears faulty or damaged due to transit handling, please keep the product in its original packaging box/satchel and contact us immediately (and provide a photo of the damaged item) - These matters must be reported within 1-2 days of goods being received. We will then advise of next steps to be taken, in order to supply a replacement product or best resolve the matter for you.
