Flat Rate Shipping Charges

 

Regular Shipping:

  • Orders up to $20 = $9 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Orders over $20 up to $70 = $12 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Orders over $70 = Free Shipping (*Express shipping surcharge applies).

Express Shipping:

  • Express Shipping - $10 surcharge on top of flat rate shipping.

Australia Post Delivery Estimates:

Locations in NSW

  • City Metro Areas – 1-3 business days
  • Country/Rural Areas – 2-4 days

Locations outside of NSW (Interstate)

  • City Metro Areas – 2-4 days
  • Country Rural Areas – Up to 5 business days (this may vary for remote locations)

Shipping to International Destinations?

Tea Lovers retail website does not ship to international destinations. If you have an international order enquiry, or wholesale enquiry, please email us at - info@tealovers.com.au.

Order Turnaround Time:

Tea Lovers orders are fulfilled between business operating hours of Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays).
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (subject to weekends and public holidays).

 

Returns

The quality of our tea products and your customer satisfaction are our upmost priorities. We strive to provide acuate product images and descriptions on our website to assist customers in making the right product decisions.

Due to health regulations we are unable to exchange teas or tea making accessories after they have left our premises. Furthermore, we do not exchange or refund purchases for change of mind reasons.

If you believe you have a reasonable complaint as to the quality of a tea, please contact us immediately to report the matter. Our policy requires you to return the tea in its original packaging for our examination and testing. If the tea is unsatisfactory as claimed, the product will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

If you are supplied with a faulty tea wares or tea accessories product, please contact us immediately. We will assess whether a repair or replacement is required and advise of our best solution.

Should an item arrive and appears faulty or damaged due to transit handling, please keep the product in its original packaging box/satchel and contact us immediately - These matters must be reported within 1-2 days of goods being received. We will then advise of next steps to be taken, in order to supply a replacement product or best resolve the matter for you.
