Description
This herb & spice blend was formulated on the basis of Ayurvedic healing principals: For supporting dosha “vata” balance, for relaxed breathing. A select blend of antiseptic and anti-inflammatory herbs & spices, beneficial to respiratory function and sinus clearing. The perfect wellness tea when you are sick, due to its antiviral and antibacterial properties. Great for soothing a sore throat and dry cough.
Key ingredients: Turmeric, liquorice root, wool flowers (mullein), thyme, fennel, mallow root, cinnamon, lemon peel & cloves.
Brewing Guide
1 teaspoon per cup (200-250ml). Steep for 1-3 mins in 95°C water. (Guide only, please adjust to suit personal taste).
